Consultation - Management - Development

Bridge Homes provide children in crisis with respite, assessment, treatment recommendations and placement assistance.

Children referred to Bridge Homes are in DHS custody and need long term foster care.

Three 6-bed facilities are under construction or are planned for Fort Fairfield, Grand Isle and Houlton.

Children residing at the facilities range in age from 0 to 17 and may stay from 30 to 90 days, depending on need and placement options.

Each facility is served by a team of staff who provide residential services, assessment, treatment and placement recommendations.
